oursecretthings turns one!

Although I didn't start blogging 'regularly' until January, I set up my blogspot and posted my very first post yesterday of last year! My blog used to be called 'iscelle robee' before I changed the name around December. I had always wanted a blog, even before I was interested in makeup but I never went through with it due to lack of inspiration and quite frankly I just had no idea what to talk about. Fast forward a few years and now that I'm older and more aware of the blogging community and how I can be a part of it, I decided to make one after seeing my cousin with her own blog. I didn't tell anyone about it at first since none of my friends were into this kind of things (or so I thought) and the more I got used to it and the more makeup I got, I started posting pictures of my posts on Instagram to advertise my blog. I'm always shocked whenever people (random people, mind you. not my friends) comment on my posts and ask my questions and that honestly makes my day! Knowing that people actually read my words is unbelievable and I know I still have a long way to go and a lot of room for improvement but it's been a fun ride so far and I hope to be better as the time passes

The point of this whole ramble is that I want to say THANK YOU! Thank you to everyone who stops by and reads my nonsense and hopefully will continue to put up with it for as long as OST is up and running. Let's stick together as OST grow older, yes?
