A Little Lip Action

I've mentioned before that I'm not an avid user of lip products. If you're lucky, you'll catch me wearing tinted lip balm but other than that I am pretty much a natural lips girl. But as I continue in this glorious journey that is my obsession with all things beauty, it's not a surprise that I've come across lip products that make me curious enough to try it. And there's also the fact that I love anything my favorite YouTubers love - can you say bandwagon?

Though I've only tried a few products, NYX is a brand that seems to be winning across the board. People rave about their pigmented blushes, and let's not forget the famous Jumbo Eye Pencils. Their lipsticks have quite the following as well but it wasn't until Shannon from Shaaanxo and Lily from LLYMLRS mentioned these lip products that I really wanted to try them out. The Xtreme Lip Cream in Buttery Nude is a perfect everyday color! It's a light mauvey color with a hint of peach in there and the pigmentation is great. The Butter Gloss in Tiramisu is a lot more sheer and pink toned than the Xtreme Lip Cream. This would be good if you're school doesn't let you wear a lot of makeup or if you just want a hint of color. My favorite part? It smells like red velvet cake!
